Role:HR & Administration

Experience:2 - 5 years

Qualification:Bachelor's Degree

Location:Bangalore

HR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administer time sheet, attendances, late logins and leaves on daily basis.
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Ensure new joiner documentation and personnel files and database
  • Drive the new joining formalities and on boarding process
  • Maintain MIS reports and submit to the manager on weekly basis
  • Conduct employee on boarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise related to time sheet, late logins and so on
  • Assist in implementation of human resource policies
  • Undertake tasks assigned by the reporting manager related to HR activities.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Support the activities related to team building
  • Processing the salary sheet for employees payroll processing by every month-end
  • Maintain leave records and update the leaves accurately (zero errors)
  • Ensuring that the end to end HR process supports a positive employee experience at all times.
  • Following existing HR processes accurately and challenging these for ongoing efficiencies

ADMIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides administrative support to a department or individual
  • Reports & MIS generation
  • Arranging conference and coordinating meetings
  • Working on day to day tasks and projects
  • Coordinate with front desk activities
  • Managing and maintaining whole Organisation
  • Maintain smooth flow of administrative activity in the organisation
  • Manage payment of all utility and service providers
  • Maintaining stock / Control / Purchase - Housekeeping, Pantry, Stationery items etc
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Asset and Inventory management Office Assets
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
