Human Resources & Administration Manager (Thailand) in Bangkok
·Oversee and administer full spectrum of HR & Administration functions including recruitment & selection, payroll administration, compensation & benefits, staff relations, office administration, etc.
·Partner with department heads, business unit heads and senior management team to provide professional HR & Administration insight and solutions.
·Promote and implement Group initiatives and support corporate activities
·Handle ad hoc tasks as required.
·Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline.
·At least 5 years of solid experience in HR & Administrative Management
·Good team player, high energy levels, strong sense of responsibility and flexible.
·High proficiency in MS office
·Excellent command of both spoken & written Thai & English, able to speak & write
Chinese is a plus.
