  • Ability to deal effectively with candidates/clients.
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and non-verbal.

Mandatory Qualifications :

Educational Qualifications:

  • Mandatory Graduation from any field(Technical Background preferred).

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to: Delivery Manager/Team Leader.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified leaders/prospects.
  • Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house database to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  • Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
  • Prescreen candidates. Create and present prescreening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval.
  • Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates.
  • Interview all candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers and includes the use of face-to-face, behavioral-based interviewing methodologies.
  • Manage the scheduling of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Organize, lead and document post-interview debrief/feedback and post-mortems with interview teams and candidates.
  • Review the hiring manager’s interview performance with each candidate and take appropriate action when warranted.
  • Performs detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and reviews results with hiring managers.
  • Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and quality-improvement studies with hiring managers and new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required.
  • Uses effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form, and timeliness.
  • Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
  • Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate.
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
  • Have first-hand knowledge about various technologies and skills required in IT Industry.
  • To train, mentor and guide the young team.

KRA's(Key Responsibility Area):

  1. Short-listing Ratio: 80%
  2. Interview ratio: 80- 95%
  3. Success Ratio: 50%
  4. Each Month or Quarterly minimum business volume decided by higher management.
  5. No. of recruitment position handled n month and TAT(Turn around time).
  6. Business volume from each client.
