Business Development Executive in Hamburg

Description:

Learnlight is looking for an energetic and tenacious individual with a passion for sales to join the German team. You will have the ability to build relationships both internally and externally and understand the need to drive senior stakeholder engagement. You will also be extremely organised with acute attention to detail and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

» Maximise revenues from select inbound enquiries

» Generate new business

» Achieve/exceed individual monthly targets of revenue

» Develop contacts/senior level relationships within new and dormant clients

» Be self-sufficient in generating appointments and activities that lead to opportunities

» Accurately record all information in company CRM

Requirements:

» Proven sales track record in high velocity sales, B2B

» Process oriented but agile as product and strategy evolves

» Ability to understand needs and goals of prospects and build strong relationships with clients

» Highly motivated self-starter, ambitious and results driven

» Minimum two years’ experience in a direct sales role, ideally within the training industry

» Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

» Communicate perfectly in German. Fluent English is a must as well – additional language skills a plus

Location: Please know that we have offices in four major cities in Germany (Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich and Stuttgart) and we will accept candidates based in either of those cities.

Schedule: Full time

Contract: Long-term temp (covering for maternity leave)
