We’re looking for a full-time team member to help out with Customer Service at ResumeWriter.SG

The Role Includes:
• Customer Support Emails.
• Answering Customer Calls.
• Giving clients feedback on their CV (we’ll provide training).
• Assigning new orders on our website to our CV writers.

The Ideal Candidate:
• You’re a really fun person and can show that bubbly persona through great emails and the occasional 5 minute phone call.
• You’re fanatic about solving customer’s problems and making them walk away delighted.
• You’ve got an eye for great grammar, syntax and wordsmithing (we’re a writing services company after all).
• You’ve read all these great articles:

Do you have all these skills? Then we’d be AWESOME together.
This is a full time job. You can work from home or anywhere with an internet connection. Office Hours are 9am - 6pm Singapore time.
No experience necessary. Training will be provided.

Monthly salary is negotiable depending on experience.
