Marketing Director for International Programs-China

ISP is currently seeking a self-driven, outgoing, and hard working Marketing Director in China to promote our programs including college homestay programs, high school programs, specialized camps, and short term intensive programs to schools, parents, and agents throughout China.
Responsibilities will include but aren’t limited to:
•Translate and develop new ISP marketing materials into Mandarin for distribution.
•Market ISP’s programs to various schools and agents in China and meet with school officials representing ISP. •Manage and create ISP’s social media marketing campaign using WeChat and other media platforms. •Introduce ISP’s programs to US consulate officials.
•Lead meetings and events to introduce ISP to students and their families. Develop presentation materials. Attend student travel fairs representing ISP.
•Arrange travel arrangements and insurance for program participants.
•Lead pre departure orientations for students and their families and recruit chaperones for the camps in the US. •Handle student payments and make deposits. Track all program finances and marketing expenses in China. •Problem solves and help with student crisis management during the student’s stay in the US.
Applicants must be driven, able to set their own schedule, know the Chinese immersion and specialized camp market, have and/or develop relationships with elementary, junior and high school principals, have and/or develop relationships with agents in China to promote ISP’s camp and high schools programs, have and/or develop relationships with US consulate officials, possess knowledge about US visa requirements, have experience with coordinating large student travel programs, have knowledge of airline booking procedures, be able to travel to the US with student groups throughout the year, and manage student life throughout the program in the US. Be able to speak and write English fluently.
Part time hourly position with sales incentive bonuses.
